Hank was found lying in the middle of the road. We initially thought he had been hit by a car, but thankfully, he was unharmed. He had a collar and tags, so we called the number on the tag. Unfortunately, his previous owner didn’t want him back. Hank was malnourished, and flea infestations had caused large scabs on his back. He also tested positive for heartworm.
